💼 About This Role

You'll lead paid search campaigns and conversion rate optimization to drive 3X-5X growth in SEM investment and revenue. You'll manage budgets, optimize keywords and landing pages, and collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies with business goals. This remote role offers hands-on ownership of a high-impact marketing channel.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage paid search budget and optimize ROI across campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword, ad, and audience A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Lead CRO with landing page research, testing, and implementation.
  • Build weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to leadership.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of paid search marketing (SEM/PPC) experience.
  • 1+ year in a leadership or Director-level capacity.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Proven track record managing significant advertising budgets with measurable ROI.

  • Experience with CMS tools and basic HTML/tagging.
  • Experience with paid social, local service ads, or SEO.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and attribution tools.
