You'll lead Phia's product design vision and execution, shaping the AI shopping agent experience from zero to one. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning ambiguous problems into clear, compelling product experiences at startup speed. You'll set the bar for craft, velocity, and impact while building and scaling design teams.

• Define and execute Phia's product design vision end-to-end
• Build, lead, and scale high-impact product design teams
• Drive design decisions in ambiguous problem spaces
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership on strategy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience
• Senior leadership roles in high-growth products
• Experience leading design in zero-to-one environments
• Track record of building and scaling design teams
