💼 About This Role

You'll conduct top-down macro analysis and bottom-up company valuations to generate investment ideas for the trading desk at a leading Brazilian financial institution. Your work directly supports trading decisions in equities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop investment theses and recommendations in equities
• Build and update financial models (valuation)
• Produce reports and analytical materials for decision support
• Interact with companies (IR and management)

📋 Requirements

• Experience in valuation and financial modeling
• Equity research experience (buy-side preferred)
• Advanced English
• Ability to construct and defend investment theses

• CFA certification (in progress or complete)
