💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy AI/ML systems for a leading alternative investment firm, working within the Innovation Department. Your models will enhance decision-making across investment, asset management, and portfolio teams. This role offers the chance to shape the firm's AI strategy in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models
• Build and maintain RAG architectures and agentic AI workflows
• Develop AI tools to translate model outputs into human-readable insights
• Build and optimize data pipelines for proprietary investment datasets

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ML, or related quantitative field
• 3–7 years professional experience in AI/ML engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
• Experience with cloud platforms
