💼 About This Role

You'll join the Process Logistics team to operate and improve the FMS (Formation Management System) at our gigafactory in Bourbourg. You'll guarantee operational availability and optimization of a newly developed FMS for continuous production environments. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience with industrial data flows and performance analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze industrial data flows from programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Support operational teams in resolving daily production issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities in system performance and availability.
• Develop internal solutions or coordinate with external suppliers.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a bac+5 degree in electrical/chemical/mechanical/industrial engineering.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Interest in lithium-ion battery manufacturing for electric vehicles.
• Experience with root cause analysis and defect reduction.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache API Mitsubishi and OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs.
• Programming skills in Python, Matlab, or Minitab.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server databases.
