You'll drive operational excellence at an ALO store, leading inventory and stockroom processes to maximize efficiency. Partner with the Visual Manager to execute key functions and coach your team. This role blends operations leadership with people development in a premium retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes focused on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Champion visual standards and maintain stockroom organization

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• High energy, upbeat, and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
