🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of features for Affinidi Elements product
• Collaborate with product management and UX stakeholders
• Guide team in solving complex technical problems
• Advocate for improvements in quality, security, and performance

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership skills in setting vision and mentoring
• Hands-on technical leader with strong coding skills
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS serverless preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building developer tools like CLIs, SDKs, and developer portals
• Familiarity with Rust, Dart, or Go
• Experience with C4 Model and ADR architectural documentation
