💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the country medical scientific senior lead for rare disease products. You'll develop and execute local medical strategy, ensuring alignment with regional/global plans. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on team coaching and engagement with key external experts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement local medical strategy for designated products.
• Identify and maintain relationships with Key External Experts and advocacy groups.
• Ensure integrity of scientific data in promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Provide onboarding and training to medical colleagues in the cluster.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree such as MD, PhD, or PharmD in a clinical discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to think strategically and articulate a vision.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
