💼 About This Role

You'll lead product transformation for corporate and scale-up clients, helping them adopt a product-oriented organization and integrate AI. You'll independently manage complex projects, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes. This role offers autonomy and impact in a fast-growing consultancy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise maturity diagnostics for product strategy, tech, and AI integration.
• Coach client teams and develop consultants on product operating models.
• Co-pilot transformation missions and lead global product reorganization.
• Facilitate strategic OKR construction with client leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years consulting experience in org/transformation roles.
• 2+ years supervising teams and leading projects.
• Proven experience with product operating models, transformation programs, or change management.
• Proficiency in French and English (professional working level).
