Description

You will lead a high-performing team driving adoption of the Zenith portfolio, building partnerships with rare disease centers, and ensuring patient access to genomic insights. You'll recruit, mentor, and inspire a regional sales team, develop strategic business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve aggressive growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in biotech, pharma, or diagnostic sales
  • At least 3 years in a sales leadership role with proven success
  • Deep understanding of rare disease landscape, medical genetics or pediatric specialty markets
  • Strategic thinker adept at navigating dynamic markets
  • Excellent communication and influence skills with internal and external leaders

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a regional sales team to exceed commercial targets
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan aligning with growth objectives
  • Build enduring relationships with KOLs in developmental pediatrics, neurology, and medical genetics
  • Lead field execution for Zenith portfolio including complex sales cycles and contract negotiations
  • Utilize data-driven insights and CRM metrics for accurate forecasting and performance improvement
