🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS contracts and MSAs
• Partner with business, product, and finance teams to support enterprise sales and growth
• Provide legal guidance on product development and regulatory compliance
• Translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of legal experience including at a top-tier law firm
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting including SaaS agreements and vendor contracts
• Proven ability to advise on legal issues in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
