💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the Avelios Academy into a modern learning ecosystem for hospitals and internal teams. Your mission is to help clinical users get productive with Avelios software quickly and confidently. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape how learning works as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale the Avelios Knowledge Hub with learning paths and courses
• Create high-quality product learning content like video scripts and guides
• Partner with product and change teams to turn updates into learning experiences
• Own content quality, governance, and compliance processes

📋 Requirements

• Degree in healthcare, psychology, media & communication or similar field
• Experience in training, e-learning, or customer education for B2B SaaS
• Strong didactic skills and ability to simplify complex topics
• Fluency in German and English
