You'll own retention and growth for key accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams.   • Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Develop executive-level relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and value acceleration initiatives.

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and HR tech ecosystems.
