You'll act as a strategic advisor to enterprise and mid-market clients, guiding them to maximize value from a global HR platform. You'll own retention and growth for key accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers high visibility and significant commercial ownership in a fully remote, async-first environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Develop executive-level relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
- Identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and value acceleration initiatives.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and HR tech ecosystems.
