Description

You will lead and scale localization initiatives across Mozilla products, partnering with UX, Content, and Engineering teams to ensure products are localization-ready from design through release. You'll coordinate with language service providers and a global community of volunteers to deliver high-quality localized content at scale.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in localization processes, workflows, and industry formats
• Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
• First-hand experience localizing software or web content at scale
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Fluency in at least one non-English language or deep understanding of linguistic complexity

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale localization initiatives with volunteer localizers
• Drive localized product releases end-to-end, defining testing and quality strategies
• Own localization requests from internal partners, coordinating with LSPs
• Make informed trade-offs to optimize time-to-delivery, quality, and resource allocation
• Partner with engineers to design localization-ready features and improve tooling
