You'll own the strategy and execution for Crusoe's developer platform, making engineers faster through internal tooling and AI-powered automation. You'll partner with senior leadership to define the foundation that accelerates everything we build. This role focuses on developer experience, AI platform, and CI/CD at a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term vision for internal developer platform
• Rapidly develop and productionize AI tools company-wide
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
• Drive engineering productivity initiatives and metrics

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• 4+ years senior engineering leadership roles
• Deep hands-on experience with developer platforms and CI/CD
• Fluency in agentic software development
