Description
You will own the online marketing strategy and execution for the Benelux region, driving scalable growth across paid channels and improving performance across the full digital funnel. Working closely with local and global teams, you will manage budgets, analyze campaign data, and lead testing initiatives to acquire and engage customers effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in online marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising (agency or in-house)
- Solid understanding of paid channels such as PPC, paid social, and programmatic advertising
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Expertise in CRO tactics, funnel optimization, and online traffic analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Curiosity for new tools and technologies, including AI
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the online marketing strategy across paid channels, ensuring strong performance across the full funnel

- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve results
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and global marketing teams to develop and iterate high-performing assets
- Lead testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
- Challenge and support channel specialists to elevate performance and implement best practices across platforms
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
