💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth in the Swedish region by introducing our clinician copilot to providers and health systems. You'll acquire new customers through outbound efforts and partner-led sales, strengthening long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders. This role offers the chance to shape how we scale across Sweden.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Acquire new customers through outbound sales and partner channels
  • Drive and contribute to public tender processes
  • Build relationships with end-users, decision-makers, and partners
  • Represent Tandem at trade fairs and industry events

📋 Requirements

  • Multi-year sales experience in SaaS, tech, or healthcare
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with public tender processes (highly desirable)
  • Native Swedish and fluent English

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into EHR providers or health systems
  • Background in medtech or digital health
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
