💼 About This Role
You'll drive growth in the Swedish region by introducing our clinician copilot to providers and health systems. You'll acquire new customers through outbound efforts and partner-led sales, strengthening long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders. This role offers the chance to shape how we scale across Sweden.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers through outbound sales and partner channels
- Drive and contribute to public tender processes
- Build relationships with end-users, decision-makers, and partners
- Represent Tandem at trade fairs and industry events
📋 Requirements
- Multi-year sales experience in SaaS, tech, or healthcare
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with public tender processes (highly desirable)
- Native Swedish and fluent English
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling into EHR providers or health systems
- Background in medtech or digital health
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
