You'll own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle at a global fintech, defining strategy and roadmap. Your work will balance customer experience, growth, and risk across onboarding and lifecycle management. You'll collaborate with compliance, operations, and engineering teams to build robust, scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define KYC/KYB strategy and roadmap
• Design customer verification flows and risk rating frameworks
• Partner with compliance and operations teams on controls
• Translate regulatory requirements into product requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager
• 2+ years working on KYC/KYB or onboarding products
• Strong understanding of CDD/EDD and jurisdictional requirements
• Experience with risk scoring systems or workflow tools

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field
• Experience building platforms serving B2B and B2B2C
