💼 About This Role

You'll manage partner lifecycle projects for Okta's India ecosystem, ensuring partners are ready to sell and implement our solutions. Your work directly drives pipeline growth and operational excellence. This role offers high visibility with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end partner onboarding and joint business plan tracking.
• Coordinate technical and sales enablement programs for partners.
• Maintain partner pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
• Act as project lead between partners and internal teams for GTM activities.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Partner Management or Project Management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management methodologies.
• Foundational understanding of IAM or Cloud Security ecosystem.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
• Knowledge of Indian channel landscape (Distributors, Tier-2 partners).
