💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end production of a vertical short drama series for the world's largest AI companionship platform. You'll direct, edit, and finish each episode using a proprietary AI copilot for character consistency and trailer generation. This role combines storytelling craft with cutting-edge AI tools to create category-defining content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes per series, ~1 min per episode + a trailer).
• Work with in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode yourself.
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, and exec team.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation.
• Experience with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, etc.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.
