You'll be the face of Rothy's in the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships. You'll drive sales through service and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture. This role blends sales with light operational tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Engage in strong clienteling practices
• Execute assigned operational tasks accurately

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak days
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders
