Description

You will work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Development teams to drive regulatory and operational initiatives. Your role involves identifying business requirements, creating functional specifications, and ensuring technology solutions align with business needs while enhancing client experience.

Requirements

10+ years of project management experience
Experience in financial services or brokerage firms is preferable
UI/UX experience preferred
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or similar
PMP or Six Sigma certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

Engage Compliance/Legal to identify parameters for programmatic solutions to regulatory requirements
Work with operational teams to understand processes and identify efficiency opportunities
Create SQL queries to investigate and analyze problem areas and impact
Gather requirements and draft business cases for new features and technologies
Create business and functional requirement specifications outlining implementable solutions
