You'll provide 1:1 home care to clients across the south metro. Your work ensures continuity of care and flexible scheduling. You'll receive clinical mentorship and paid training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to clients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Document care using electronic charting system

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work flexible shifts including overnights
