Description

You will work with strategic customers to build Celonis solutions using Process Intelligence and AI, focusing on public sector clients to improve citizen-oriented processes. You'll prototype solutions, demonstrate value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical pre-sales with AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO business cases
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration)
• Understanding of business processes across sectors (Supply Chain, Finance)
• Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, PyTorch)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German

Responsibilities

• Understand customer AI strategy and business challenges, translate requirements into innovative solutions
• Rapidly build creative AI prototypes in customer hackathons
• Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects including LLM/agent system architecture
• Stay involved until agreed value adoption thresholds are reached
