🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and diagnoses
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care and health education
• Produce clear encounter visit notes with care plans

📋 Requirements

• Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years of primary care experience
• Active unrestricted NP licenses in 15 states
• Licenses in at least 2 of CA, TX, or FL

• 1+ year of remote work experience
• Active licenses in CA, CO, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, or WA
