• Elicit and document business and functional requirements for telecom systems.
• Act as bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end telco processes.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong exposure to telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in process mapping and improvement identification.
• Knowledge of Blue Planet product technology and telecom business processes.
