Description

You will proactively source and recruit clinical candidates using various channels, manage the ATS, conduct screenings, and build pipelines to help expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment for youth across the country.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Ability to utilize social media platforms to source for top talent
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using cold calling, job boards, internet sourcing, social media, referrals
• Manage ATS and internal job postings, implement best practices, monitor daily
• Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews as appropriate
• Work closely with leadership team and hiring managers to understand requirements
• Develop and maintain candidate relationships to keep an ongoing pipeline
