💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the single point of accountability for enterprise technology reliability, security, and compliance across HQ and studios. Your core impact will be reducing operational risk and creating a stable, secure foundation for scaling. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own IT infrastructure across HQ and studios, including networks and devices.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, incident response, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Manage vendor security reviews and governance.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems.
• Experience managing IT operations across multi-location businesses.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and vendor risk management.
• Experience managing MSPs and external vendors at scale.
