You'll be responsible for executing CRM communications across channels, ensuring scalability and quality. You'll work closely with CRM, data, tech, and design teams to drive campaign performance. This role offers hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a high-volume environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operationalize CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build and review audience segmentations
• Configure channel dispatches (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS)
• Monitor metrics and support operational processes

📋 Requirements

• Experience with CRM campaign operations
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
