You'll provide front desk, administrative, and sales support at a [solidcore] studio in South End, Boston. You'll generate sales and promote the studio while delivering a positive client experience. This part-time role offers flexibility with mornings, evenings, and weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and use their names to build connections.
• Schedule, cancel, and rebook classes and process account requests.
• Maintain product knowledge for retail operations and promotions.
• Assist with studio cleanliness and daily operational tasks.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

✨ Nice to Have

• Some college education preferred.
• MBO experience preferred.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
