You'll lead data migration projects from legacy systems to Mitratech's products, working on Oracle and SQL Server databases. Your core impact involves scripting, data analysis, and migration execution to ensure seamless transitions for clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and execute migration scripts for Oracle/SQL Server
• Perform data analysis and cleanup recommendations
• Collaborate with BAs and PMs on data mapping
• Troubleshoot migration issues during go-live

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of database development on Oracle and SQL Server
• Hands-on ETL experience with SSIS, SQL Loader, Pentaho
• Administering Oracle 12c/19c and SQL Server 2012/2016/2018
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse principles

• Knowledge of database encryption practices
• Experience with C#, .NET, Java, J2EE
• Client-facing experience leading data requirement sessions
