You'll lead complex process qualifications for PE-CVD, PE-ALD, ALD, CVD, and epitaxy reactors at customer sites in Higashi Hiroshima, directly contributing to ASM's technical excellence. Your core impact will be resolving high-impact tool and process issues while building trusted partnerships with global customers and internal teams. You'll collaborate with a diverse international team on cutting-edge semiconductor technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and document process qualifications for new installations and conversions.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve tool excursion escalations.
• Act as senior technical interface for customer needs and partnerships.
• Develop and standardize process recipes and technical documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a materials-focused STEM discipline such as materials science or physics.
• Strong experience in PE-CVD, PE-ALD, or ALD semiconductor processing.
• Applied experience with data processing tools like Python or MATLAB.
• Valid work authorization for Japan.
