Description

You will manage relationships with high-value home service professionals, driving retention, expansion, and revenue growth through consultative selling and proactive account management. You'll use data insights to optimize account performance and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience in account management, customer success, sales, or customer support in SaaS
  • Experience managing mid-market accounts ($20K-$200K ARR) with focus on retention and expansion
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for account tracking and pipeline management
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills grounded in data and customer insights

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Pros to drive engagement and account growth
  • Serve as primary contact for portfolio, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through
  • Support contract renewals by proactively addressing concerns and reinforcing value
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for add-on products
  • Analyze account performance and product usage data to recommend retention and expansion strategies
