You'll own strategic account relationships for Elation's highest-value customers in a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. Your core impact is driving commercial growth and retention while acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives. This senior role sits at the intersection of customer success, strategy, and expansion, influencing cross-functional teams to deepen partnerships.
π― What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end success and growth of a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Develop and execute account plans reflecting customer business goals
- Build and maintain trusted C-suite relationships with clinical leaders
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales
π Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting
- 3+ years managing enterprise or key accounts at a SaaS company
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, with primary care or health system knowledge
- Demonstrable track record of retaining and growing complex accounts
