💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales
• Step in to cover the sales floor when the manager is pulled away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and assist with planogram changes

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with pop culture and music trends
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
