💼 About This Role

You'll join Giga Energy's team to develop detailed commercial and technical proposals for UL891 Switchboards, Padmount Transformers, and Substations. Your work will directly support the AI infrastructure revolution and impact project margins and competitive positioning. This role offers the chance to shape pricing strategy for a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build detailed line-item quotations for UL891 Switchboards, Padmount Transformers, and Substations.
• Create preliminary Bills of Materials based on equipment configurations.
• Interface with third-party component vendors to obtain pricing and lead times.
• Assemble formal proposal documents with technical data sheets and commercial terms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in estimating, quoting, or inside sales in electrical/power distribution industry.
• Foundational understanding of electrical distribution equipment (Switchgear, Transformers, Substations).
• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and pricing.

• Experience with internal pricing tools or CRM software.
• Familiarity with UL891 switchboard standards.
• Knowledge of vendor coordination for electrical components.
