💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational standard of every conference we run, executing 10 European private equity events end-to-end each year. You'll oversee venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience, ensuring flawless delivery for a global community of 500k followers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and manage suppliers for event needs and negotiate contracts
• Plan sponsored VIP events, dinners, and after-hours activities
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team
• Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check promotional materials
