You'll oversee end-to-end operations for 8Fleet's rideshare fleet in Sacramento, managing fleet growth, financial performance, and driver support. You'll drive operational excellence and profitability as we expand rapidly. This role requires a founder's mindset and hands-on leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial and operational metrics for revenue and profit maximization
• Oversee driver scheduling, dispatch, and performance monitoring
• Manage vehicle maintenance and repair programs
• Partner with Growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain drivers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of operations management or consulting experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
• BA/BS with strong academic record
