Requirements

6-7 years experience in broking or capital markets back-office operations
Strong expertise in depository operations (NSDL/CDSL or equivalent)
NISM certification series VI: Depository Operations Certification Examination
Proven experience in clearing, settlements, and reconciliation
Hands-on knowledge of corporate actions processing

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end depository operations covering maintenance and closure
Handle settlements and reconciliation processes
Process corporate actions and ensure accurate execution
Handle US proxy processing and administration
Perform US securities lending and borrowing reconciliation
