You'll define the design vision and strategy for FloQast's AI-powered accounting platform, shaping how complex data becomes intuitive. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamlessly embedded AI capabilities and drive platform-level improvements that impact thousands of enterprise users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive long-term design vision for major product domains.
• Design intuitive, high-trust AI experiences for enterprise accounting.
• Architect platform-level design roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Set design quality standards and evolve the design system at scale.
• Lead complex execution and mentor other designers on the team.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years designing and shipping complex SaaS or enterprise products.
• World-class portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and interaction design.
• Proven experience shipping 0-to-1 platform components.
• Mastery of Figma and experience contributing to design systems.
