๐ผ About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of merchant partners in health and wellness, managing their full lifecycle from onboarding to growth. You'll drive HSA/FSA adoption through co-marketing initiatives and data-driven optimization, ensuring merchants see strong transaction volume. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success in a fast-paced startup environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own merchant portfolio from onboarding through ongoing optimization
- Serve as primary point of contact and build stakeholder relationships
- Partner with growth marketing on co-marketing initiatives
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor merchant health and develop retention action plans
๐ Requirements
- 3-4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience managing merchant or brand partner accounts
- Strong analytical skills with performance data and spreadsheets
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC, marketplace, or SaaS
- Background in health and wellness industry
