You'll own a portfolio of merchant partners in health and wellness, managing their full lifecycle from onboarding to growth. You'll drive HSA/FSA adoption through co-marketing initiatives and data-driven optimization, ensuring merchants see strong transaction volume. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Own merchant portfolio from onboarding through ongoing optimization
  • Serve as primary point of contact and build stakeholder relationships
  • Partner with growth marketing on co-marketing initiatives
  • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor merchant health and develop retention action plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing merchant or brand partner accounts
  • Strong analytical skills with performance data and spreadsheets

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, marketplace, or SaaS
  • Background in health and wellness industry
