💼 About This Role

You'll partner with MURAL's most strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption, growth, and retention across EMEA. You'll own renewals and expansion for a portfolio of high-value accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders. This role offers the chance to shape the Account Management organization in a high-growth SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customer relationships
  • Lead renewal and expansion conversations to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct strategic planning and success reviews with customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise account management in SaaS
  • 5+ years managing portfolios with accounts over $500K ARR
  • Proven record of complex renewals and executive alignment
  • Experience with global, matrixed organizations

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with collaboration or visual workspace tools
  • Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics
  • Mentoring or team leadership experience
