💼 About This Role
You'll partner with MURAL's most strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption, growth, and retention across EMEA. You'll own renewals and expansion for a portfolio of high-value accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders. This role offers the chance to shape the Account Management organization in a high-growth SaaS company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customer relationships
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations to drive revenue growth
- Conduct strategic planning and success reviews with customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise account management in SaaS
- 5+ years managing portfolios with accounts over $500K ARR
- Proven record of complex renewals and executive alignment
- Experience with global, matrixed organizations
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with collaboration or visual workspace tools
- Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics
- Mentoring or team leadership experience
