You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of field marketing events across EMEA, driving pipeline and demand generation in close partnership with Sales and Regional Marketing. You'll orchestrate everything from trade shows to executive programs, ensuring each event aligns with business goals and brand values. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution across EMEA.
• Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing to drive pipeline-generation events.
• Lead venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, A/V, and on-site logistics.
• Manage event registration, tracking, budgets, and post-event ROI reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of field or event marketing experience focused on sales-aligned programs.
• Proven cross-functional work with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external vendors.
• Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with shifting priorities.
