🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end invoicing lifecycle for complex billing cycles.
• Design and implement automated billing solutions in NetSuite/QuickBooks.
• Audit customer agreements and ensure financial data integrity.
• Resolve high-priority customer financial inquiries cross-functionally.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks.
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP migrations or system integrations.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or SpotDraft.
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industry.
