💼 About This Role
You'll own go-to-market for a startup building autonomous agents, building pipeline and closing deals from scratch. You'll partner with engineering to productize sales motions into agents for customers.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and manage lead list from scratch (ICP, data sourcing, enrichment)
- Set up outbound infrastructure (email accounts, sequencing, CRM)
- Own full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Partner with engineering to productize working GTM processes
📋 Requirements
- Hands-on outbound sales experience at an early-stage company
- Product thinking ability to systematize sales processes
- Familiarity with tooling (Clay, email sequencing, CRM, domain warming)
- Good taste in brand and marketing language

- Experience at a company like Unify, Clay, or similar where sales process is the product
