💼 About This Role

You'll own go-to-market for a startup building autonomous agents, building pipeline and closing deals from scratch. You'll partner with engineering to productize sales motions into agents for customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage lead list from scratch (ICP, data sourcing, enrichment)
  • Set up outbound infrastructure (email accounts, sequencing, CRM)
  • Own full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Partner with engineering to productize working GTM processes

📋 Requirements

  • Hands-on outbound sales experience at an early-stage company
  • Product thinking ability to systematize sales processes
  • Familiarity with tooling (Clay, email sequencing, CRM, domain warming)
  • Good taste in brand and marketing language

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at a company like Unify, Clay, or similar where sales process is the product
