💼 About This Role

You'll join HRT's Enterprise Engineering team to scale a global hybrid Windows deployment. Your core impact will be applying configuration-as-code to reduce operational overhead and building PowerShell systems for platform stability. This role stands out for its fast-paced environment in a leading algorithmic trading firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage configuration-as-code to manage Windows infrastructure
• Use infrastructure-as-code to configure Microsoft Azure resources
• Develop PowerShell-based automation for platform reliability
• Identify and remediate technical inefficiencies across Windows environments

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Microsoft-based technology engineer
• Experience using Ansible (or similar configuration-as-code tool) for Windows fleet management
• Proven ability to provision Microsoft Azure resources with Terraform
• Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API development

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PowerShell development for scripting and tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Design approach incorporating security best practices
