You'll join Carvana as a mobile diesel technician, diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment at various locations. Your core impact is ensuring our fleet of car-hauling trucks stays road-ready with top-notch diagnostics and preventative maintenance. This role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and outstanding growth potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform mobile diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks and heavy equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance on car-hauling fleet vehicles
• Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, and hydraulic system issues
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate with customers

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years experience as a diesel technician
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and diagnostics
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree or certificate in diesel technology
• Mobile service experience
• Experience with diagnostic software (JPRO, DiagnosticLINK)
