Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience with direct reports
- Must be in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communicator and team player
- Commitment to continuous learning on real estate concepts
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Experience Advocates to meet quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Inspire a culture of urgency, accountability, and execution excellence
- Build a high-engagement, in-person team culture based on openness, trust, and direct feedback
- Coach and develop team members, reviewing interactions to elevate performance
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics, driving corrective action
