You will lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists to deliver exceptional support and a world-class experience to customers. You will coach and develop team members, manage metrics, and drive operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience with direct reports
  • Must be in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Commitment to continuous learning on real estate concepts

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Experience Advocates to meet quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Inspire a culture of urgency, accountability, and execution excellence
  • Build a high-engagement, in-person team culture based on openness, trust, and direct feedback
  • Coach and develop team members, reviewing interactions to elevate performance
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics, driving corrective action
