💼 About This Role

You'll lead and build the Bridge Financial Crimes Operations team, focusing on AML reviews and risk mitigation. Your core impact is guiding the team to detect and prevent financial crimes within the Bridge ecosystem, working cross-functionally with Risk, Product, and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic vision for the Bridge team and execute short and long-term goals
• Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Operations Associates
• Guide team in conducting thorough financial crimes investigations
• Proactively identify gaps and lead initiatives to enhance systems and scale operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct people management in financial crimes or related operations
• Expertise in AML regulations and financial crime typologies
• Operational background in driving process improvements and managing SLAs
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry certifications such as ACAMS or ICA
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency financial crime risks
• Experience in a fast-paced tech company (payments, fintech)
