You'll lead and mentor field staff as a Clinical Manager in a skilled nursing home care office. Your core impact will be ensuring high-quality clinical care and client service while overseeing case management and staff development. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency program
• Lead field staff in delivering client service and clinical care
• Visit clients in their homes and supervise field clinicians
• Assist with in-home assessments and care planning

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in Missouri in good standing
• Minimum 3 years recent hands-on RN or LPN experience
• At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience

• BSN or MSN degree
• Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care
• Prior supervisory experience with field staff
